Volunteer Information

Registration Process

All UCARES members who wish to volunteer for the event must sign up using the official Google Form. The event organizer will review registrations, assign roles, and provide further instructions.

Equipment Requirements

• Handheld VHF/UHF radio
• Fully charged batteries and spares
• UCARES ID Card
• Yellow Vest
• Headset or speaker-mic (recommended for noisy environments)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the public with lost children.
• Provide first aid radio communication assistance or direct individuals to first aid stations.
• Answer general public questions and provide information.
