2025 Provo Freedom Festival

Event Overview​

The Provo Freedom Festival 2025 is an exciting celebration of community spirit, local culture, and the enduring values of freedom in Provo. This year’s festival will feature live music, a variety of food vendors, local arts and crafts, and interactive activities for all ages.

  • Location: Downtown Provo, with activities spanning the Civic Center and several local parks.

Volunteer Information​

Registration Process​

All UCARES members who wish to volunteer for the festival must sign up on the volunteer sheet. The event organizer will review registrations, assign roles, and provide further instructions.

Equipment Requirements​

  • 2m Radio with an earpiece (mandatory for clear communication in noisy environments)
  • Extra radio batteries
  • Pad and pen/pencil (for taking notes such as lost child descriptions)

Dress Code​

  • UCARES Vest
  • Professional attire (clean clothes in good repair; you are representing public safety)

Volunteer Expectations​

  • Arrive at your assigned location by 5:55 AM.
