PLEASE NOTE The assignemnts are NOT complete. Just because you don’t see your assignment on this list, it does not means we don’t need you. WE NEED YOU AND ANYONE ELSE WHO CAN HELP! If you don’t see your name anywhere here, PLEASE contact ASAP me if you can help, nz7k@ucares.org
Those in staging need to meet the person they are going to shadow by 6:30 a.m. at parade HQ behind Zion’s Bank. Note: you cannot park in those lots, there isn’t room. Please park in the Tanner Building (the big grey box) parking lot and walk down.
Provo Police will start closing streets at 6:30 a.m. Please plan on being early or walking a considerable distance.
Talk in will begin at 6:00 a.m. on the 147.34 repeater. Net COntrol will be located on top of the parking plaza at the new County Health and Justice building located on the block just south of the county complex, 100-200 S University, the entrance is on the east side. Feel welcome to stop by before or after the parade. You may go directly to your assignment and Rover will bring your T-Shirt and reflective mesh vest to you along with the needed information.
PLEASE be at your assignment no later than 7:30 a.m., earlier is better.
There will be an on-air briefing by the Parade Co-Chair sometime between 7:45 and 8:15. Please pay attention. The nuber one task of the operations group is the smooth flow of the parade.
If you have questions of special needs, please contact me ASAP. My email is nz7k@ucares.org or my cell phone is 376-9018.
