Tuesday, July 3rd is our pre-parade meeting instead of ARES Interface.
The Pre-parade mingle will be from 6-8pm in the Zion’s Parking Lot, which is on the North side of University Avenue across from Provo High School, near the 1230N (Bulldog) intersection in Provo.
Meet at the MICC, or go where you see cars with antennas. We will be handing out parade assignments, bandplans, t-shirts, safety vests and answering as many questions on the Freedom Festival as we can.
If you didn’t sign up and still want to help, as a radio communicator, come down and we’ll get you an assignment, but t-shirts are pretty much gone to those who registered early.
