The Pre-parade mingle will be from 6-8pm in the Zion’s Parking Lot, which is on the North side of University Avenue across from Provo High School, near the 1230N (Bulldog) intersection in Provo.
Meet at the MICC, or go where you see cars with antennas. We will be handing out parade assignments, bandplans, t-shirts, safety vests and answering as many questions on the Freedom Festival as we can.
If you didn’t sign up and still want to come help, as a radio communicator, come down and we’ll get you an assignment.

print yourself a copy of this and bring to the event. Some of your questions might be answered from this checklist.
Parade Committee members, NCS and ANCS staff will be there to answer questions regarding their Nets and your assignments. You can also get a tour of the MICC and then go locate your parade assignment.
