We will be meeting at the American Red Cross for Interface tonight 865 N. Freedom Blvd. in Provo at 1900.
UCARES Certification Requirements have been updated and can now be found in the downloads section.
For the December Interface, we have a special guest speaker: Mike Seaman of the National Weather Service.
We are doing a Fox Hunt, instead of the regular Interface meeting. Start where it is convenient for you—you do not need to come down to the Sheriff’s Office. The frequencies are 146.46 simplex – FOXES (taunting the Hounds) 147.34 repeater – HOUNDS (coordinating their search)
Robert Scofield, KB7GSE, passed away last Thursday morning in the hosptital from complications of pneumonia.
Interface for September will be the annual UCARES Summer Picnic held in the Orem City Park just east of State St. on Center St. We will be starting about 1800h (6pm). Do not go to the Annex for September’s Interface or you will miss out on the food, the party, and the prizes!
All those involved in the Freedom Festival should come tonight to the Preparade festivities. This will be from 1830-2030.
